Of a wedding and my babies

Early on Sunday, Voon Yuen, Su-Ann and I met up at Subang Parade of all places for breakfast and a brief shopping stint. Our mission was to buy matching stuff for our workplaces but it failed cause Parkson sucks.

EDM, being the smart one, only joined us later on, when we were more or less done with scouring Parkson.

And then, the 4 of us headed down to Klang to attend Azri + Maya’s wedding.

This was my first Malay wedding ever, and also the first time a friend was getting married (Jing Mein’s registration not counted) so I was understandably pretty excited. And that’s not even considering the fact that both Azri and Maya are colleagues of ours and we’ve been teasing them into getting married for a whole year!!!

Apparently Malay weddings aren’t as elaborate and extravagant as Chinese ones, so we dressed down in jeans and blouses (except EDM who wore a shirt lar).

Their wedding must be one of the more elaborate ones cause there was a massive row of lovely tents.
3

There were people making cendol for the guests *slurps.

The newlyweds looking resplendent in their matching outfits.

Su-Ann honeyboo and I.
5

Eng Tat, EDM, Voon Yuen, me and Su-Ann honeyboo.
6

The cutting of the cake literally took 10 minutes cause so much photo-taking was going on.
7

EDM looking damn aunty with his blue handbag.
8

Adat resam bersanding.

13

Random: Su-Ann honeyboo bought me a bellystud from Thailand as a souvenir/Xmas gift =)))
14

We weren’t there for very long before it started raining BAH spoiler betul. But anyway most of the guests, who had probably been there all morning, were beginning to leave, so we all wished the couple our very best wishes and left.

Congrats Azri and Maya!!! =)

***

Brought Chloe and Rascal home today, cause I wanted to change their sand. The one I had bought was synthetic and probably wasn’t very healthy for them.

Susah-payah went to Summit after work in search of sand, and found it at the Creepy Crawly shop, as I had expected. Damn expensive – 4.5kgs cost me RM55!!! Geez I’m really investing a whole lot here! Bought a little hollow kayu thingy for them to hide inside too.

Their re-refurbished home and my horrible parquet floor.
15

Rascal looking super adorable!
16

Love those beady eyes!!!
17

Rascal giving me some sexy leg action.
18

Rascal on the left, Chloe on the right.
19

Besides the slight variations in their shells, I can tell them apart by their personalities – Chloe is waaay more chicken than Rascal, as demonstrated by this photo.
20

So I’m like really glad they didn’t die over the long weekend when I left them alone at the office. As a matter of fact, I sorta think their time alone did them good, cause they seem a lot more active now =)

Random: I got a new maid, and she arrived a day before the old one left. Good coordination allows the old to teach the new the ropes.

My dog who has bitten countless people always seems to be able to tell the maids apart from non-maids, and always gives them a fond welcome cause he knows they’ll be the ones feeding him wth.
1

Oh yeah and whilst I was choosing the sand, the petshop man asked if I liked the outdoors and I lied and said okok. Then he invited me to join him on some camping trips and I was like OH NO lol. As much as I adore nature, I will probably never go camping ever!

MOS, A Thought & Charice

So our clubbing plans at either Zouk or Rootz kinda bombed cause both sides canceled on us. Pfft.

Received the bad news from Yen at 10.30pm which was our supposed departure time. Found out that – as is typical of the 3 of us – Yen was still wrapped in a towel after her bath, Shun was still shitting in the toilet and I had just eaten a very late dinner.

Not to be outdone by the Forces That Be Stopping Us From Partaaying, we decided to just head over to MOS instead since we could make up for our being late by cutting short the traveling time lol.

As it turns out, Sue Ann and Soon Seng decided to join us as well. A party of 5 isn’t all too shabby now, is it? We even spotted Karen’s very cute friend, Adrian, there but too bad he already has a girlfriend tsk.

Anyhuu, since it was ladies night, technically going clubbing would beĀ  cheaper than yumcha-ing right. So yeah we made the right choice.

Yays.

Don’t have a group photo cause my camera died, and this is all Soon Seng took boo.

GetAttachment.aspx

As always, music at MOS on Thursdays sucks. WTF is Mix Tape? Oh well, can’t expect too much from a free entry rite?

Halfway through dancing, we decided to go for a toilet break, and then Shun and I each bought a cocktail which by right costed RM26 + 5% tax which is only RM27.30 but the asshole bartender charged us RM30 and refused to give us our change. Whatever lar dude, I’m not drunk enough to be that stupid. But maybe your math just sucks so I’ll forgive you.

No lar of course I didn’t go and argue with him over a few bucks, I’m not that noob.

Plonked our butts on the Deq to chill and chat with Adrian, and Sue Ann left for home after a bit. Then Yen started getting all sleepy and stoney and was no fun after that.

We tried to haul her back up to the dance floor but she refused to budge, so Soon Seng was left to baby sit her whilst Shun and I had a twosome on the dance-floor. Well, not really lar cause we ended up being engulfed by 18-year-old guys wtf. I felt like shouting at them “OI HALO HOW OLD ARE YOU MAN BOY!” but of course they wouldn’t have been able to hear me over the damn music.

2

Geez.

It’s ok, we have 3 Fridays off in December, which means we’ll have 3 more ladies nights =) I’m voting for Zouk, Rootz and Opera (opening mid December).

***

Yumcha-ed with Albert Wu Kuan Herng (correct spelling mou?) last night oh gosh I seriously haven’t seen him in ages!!! But then he doesn’t seem to have changed a single bit. According to him, it’s because he matured waaay early wth.

Got into a little discussion about hairy *ahems* and whether guys prefer us girls to “maintain” them a little.

Personally, I like em nice and neat but waxing costs a fair buck ok! Prolly wouldn’t mind so much if he offered to pay for it lol.

***

Happened to be surfing channels when I came across this performance by Charice Pempengco that was on Oprah Winfrey.

This girl Charice Bingabong Pempengco, who’s a 17-year-old Filipino, has one hell of an amazing voice I tell you! At first I thought she was some famous opera singer or something but after wiki-ing her, I found out that she’s actually relatively new in the music industry.

Seriously AMAAAAAAAAZING stuff! PLEASE PLEASE WATCH THIS!

And if you’re still not a converted fan after watching the vids, please visit your nearest ENT specialist to get yourself stuffed with hearing aids ya.

Oprah got her a guest appearance on Celine Dion’s concert, and I must say props to Celine for sportingly allow Charice to take the stage. Apparently her mum left her dad because he was abusive, and brought Charice and her sister up on her own, which is why this song was dedicated to her.

Charice singing “Note to God” on Oprah.

Charice singing “You’re gonna love me” and “I will always love you” on the Ellen DeGeneres show.

Quick Quick! Go youtube her!!

I CANNOT believe 448000 idiots googled “Charice Pempengco height” wth is wrong with you people??!

Chloe Baby & Rascal

My dog and his cat (yes my dog owns a cat wtf) seem to have become increasingly skilled at fitting the both of them on his small chair.

Meowoof!
15

My cat, on the other hand, seems to have the entire household to herself.
1

But more interesting than that, I just got myself a new pet(s)!!!

It started off when Soon Seng and I were discussing about how boring our desks looked, and how we should buy more pink stuff to decorate them with (well, pink was my idea lar).

And then he mentioned wanting to buy fishes, and then I got all excited cause the thought had in fact crossed my mind as well.

But then I realised that the fishes might die when we don’t go to work on weekends. When I told Soon Seng this, he reassured me that they were quite hardy and would be able to survive a couple of days without food. Although it’s probably quite cruel to let them diet lar lol.

On Sunday, Soon Seng and I were at Sunway Pyramid to meet up with a couple of friends who just got back from UK/NZ. And he told me that he had in fact gone ahead with Plan A and gotten himself 3 blue hedijwn (dunno what he said lar).

So of course I was damn jealous and wanted to get myself fishes NOW NOW NOW.

I dragged him to the pet store to help pick out a few pretty fishes but sadly, none really caught my eye.

And just when we were about to head out of the store, I saw them!!!

An aquarium full of busily burrowing HERMIT CRABS!

OMG so cuteeeeeeeeeeeee!

And without much further consideration, I bought a hermit crab along with all the necessary jazz.

A small aquarium, food pellets, a water dish, aquarium salt and a spare shell lest it decides to change its wardrobe. Oh and bling-blings too, of course! Came up to a total of RM65.
2

I decided to call her Chloe cause I just love that name! Besides Su Ann, of course. If I have two daughters in the future, that’s what Imma name em =) Assuming my hubby has a suitable surname of course heh. Can you imagine if I marry Mr Rah then my daughter would be called Chloe Rah which sounds too much like Cholera. Although I’ve never actually met anyone with that surname, but you never know lar right.

I tried blinging up Chloe’s shell, but the naughty girl kept popping out and startling me so I gave up.

Meet Chloe Baby!
3

Instead, I blinged up her spare shell, so that when she shifts into it, she’ll officially be the chio-est hermit crab on earth!
5

Matches my nail polish too =)
6

I know I know, looks pretty sparse.
7

Chloe Baby got all excited about her new pool.
4

But then stupid me forgot the blings weren’t waterproof, so the blings all fell off after her swim ish. I was thinking about waterproof-spraying her blinged spare shell, but I was afraid it would be toxic. So yeah I wasted all that hard work blinging it for nothing boo. Why am I so stupid T.T

Anyhuu, the next day I brought her to work, hoping she would soon settle down and enjoy her new home. But sadly, she just hid in the shell the whole day and refused to eat.

T.T

I was so worried I tell you!

I did some research online and found out that hermit crabs are in fact pretty high maintenance in terms of their habitat/crabitat wtf.

They need plenty of space to run around, something to climb, sand to burrow in, a saltwater pool to soak in, a freshwater bowl to drink from, a food bowl and the right temperature/humidity.

Couldn’t do anything about the size of the crabitat since I can’t exactly put a 10 gallon aquarium on my office desk.

I did visit the nearest fish shop to hunt down some new furniture tho. The fish shop man thought I was a bit cuckoo.

Newly pimped crabitat. The bowl for freshwater is actually my mum’s tea cup. Hope mum doesn’t mind teahee (pun intended). And the orange thing in the food bowl is a piece of papaya. Can prevent constipation wtf.
12

Stuck the crystals on one by one until I went blind.
10

Damn pretty right??!! Nope. I absolutely do not have anything better to do.
13

Chloe Baby exercising.
8

Doing a Prisonbreak, which looks dangerously like suicide.
9

Anyhuu, after the excitement of her newly pimped home died down, Chloe reverted to her inactive self, hiding in her shell the entire day.

I was so so worried man I tell you!

I then decided to go buy another crabby to accompany her, cause I read that hermit crabs are social creatures and usually don’t live long when they’re kept in isolation.

See kids, this is why it pays to do your research BEFORE committing to something sheesh.

Que RASCAL.

I decided to call him Rascal (yes, by my mighty powers, I can assign them whatever gender I please) cause unlike Chloe, he doesn’t seem to be afraid of me at all. In fact, he has been staring at me the entire time I’m typing this wtf.

You can just about make out his eyes looking at the tissue box lol so cute!
14

I’ll be bringing him to work tomorrow to live with Chloe.

That is, if she’s still alive of course.

Geez. Please please be alive Chloe Baby T_____T

Dim Sum + A New Hairdo

After having only 2.5 hours of sleep (see post below for reason why), I woke up with a horrible headache and bloodshot eyes. Instead of just sleeping for another 15 hours like I normally do on weekends, I had to go have dim sum with the colleagues before “shipping” Ming Teng back off to Sabah boo.

We met up at the dim sum place in Damansara Jaya which was quite a large establishment with plenty of old people already chomping on their breakfast. But seeing as we’re not yet exactly “old people”, it was no surprise every one of us looked downright drowsy and blur at 8.30 on a Sunday morning.

Ming Teng pondering the next time he would be having dim sum.
1

Voon Yuen decided to skip the contact lenses.
2

Their “tai pau” is really huge!
3

The bureau HQ with our first visitor, Ming Teng wtf.
4

After a hearty meal, we adjourned to Su-Ann’s place to lepak whilst awaiting Ming Teng’s predetermined departure time. Her house is in this really posh neighbourhood – the guard house has a frigging build-in cupboard wtf!! I wouldn’t mind being a guard there man.

Something about the eyes…
5

Su-Ann’s beautiful garden.
6

Somebody needs to lose a bit of weight.
7

Su-Ann darling and I lol.
8

Her room is full of interesting knick-knacks and art wth.
9

Sewing ala Soon Seng/Yenli.
10

My honeybuns.
11

The time to say goodbye came all too soon, and so we had to send Ming Teng to the Kelana Jaya LRT station and bid farewell. So saddening.

I presume everyone who got posted to East Malaysia would possess a backpack like that.
12

Right after the farewell, I drove back to Subang to meet up with Yenli and Shun cause it was our “hairdo day”. We were initially scheduled to go to Sungai Wang, but as we were behind our schedule, we decided to just be lazy and go to Summit.

Not-so-clear “before” photo.
13

Went to Super Style as usual cause no other salon can offer anything nearly as cheap. And quality-wise it’s ok also lar. Beggars can’t really be choosers, so oh well.

I wasn’t sure about getting anything done to my hair, but then it was only RM150 for the dye + cut + treatment so I couldn’t resist. Besides, both Shun and Yen were getting theirs dyed as well, and waiting alone isn’t fun.

Stupid sampat.
14

“Crocodile” clip.
15

Yen getting a spot of counselling.
16

My stylist turned out to be quite the poser as well.
17

Cling-wrapped head.
18

They have BOOM BOOM POW heating devices wtf.
19

She got hungry and decided to go tapau food… looking like that oh god.
20

Soya bean tong yuen courtesy of my tak tau malu friend.
21

Hair all done =)
22

Lending the stylist a helping hand.
23

Somehow Shun is ALWAYS the last to finish.
24

Messing around the shop.
25

Super creepy looking mannequins.
26

Yen’s bf came just when we were all done – right on time to help us take a few photos and to pay for Yen’s hairdo cause her debit card got rejected lolz!!!

He needs quite a bit of training in taking photos *slaps forehead.
27

“After” photo.
28

Can see Shun’s gold highlights.
29

Random: The conditioner was on 50% discount, so Yen and I decided to share a bottle. And because I’m such a good friend, I’ll give her the half in the original bottle and take the half refilled into the Sunflower mineral bottle lol.
30

After getting my hair done, it felt really smooth and silky for about a week thanks to the treatment. But right now, it’s getting a bit dry and the colour has washed out quite a lot too. I guess that’s what you get for RM150 sigh.

My 18th Birthday

OH MY GOSH before starting I just HAVE to rant about how absolutely terribly EXHAUSTED I am!!!

Weds: 5 hours of sleep
Thurs: 5 hours
Fri: 4 hours
Sat: 2.5 hours WTF!

And it looks I won’t be getting much sleep tonight either sobs.

Yeah so anyway Yen “made” me a cake and I blew out the “candle” (note: singular) at midnight on Wednesday, but Soon Seng hasn’t sent me the pics of her uhhh whimsical cake yet, so sabar lah.

On Thursday, I was extra happy cause Ming Teng was back from Sabah for some forensic training kursus thingy at the bureau. Damn lucky ok he got selected to come =)))

In my state of euphoria at getting retained, I susah-payah made “name cards” for everyone. VY and Linda decided to join in the fun too.
29

Ah ma-style name card.
30

Messing around with Ming Teng’s newly bought goggles.
31

It like totally goes with my outfit don’t you think?
32

Anyhuu,

In honor of my 18th birthday (wtf) Voon Yuen, Su-Ann, Edm and I plus Ming Teng plus Tan Eng Tat/Tan Egg Tat/Tan Tan Tat were supposed to have a karaoke session at Amp Square in Pyramid.

Manatau on Thursday itself, this Su-Ann failed to turn up to work, apparently due to horrible diarrhoea sobs!!!! And worse still, she wouldn’t be coming to the karaoke session cause she had to shit every 5 minutes wtf. Buuhuu!

Nvm. We planned to sabotage her at her house after singing.

Voon Yuen and I.
1

MANATAU!

After singing for a short while, the door opened and Su-Ann hopped into the room!!! With 3 balloons in tow!!!

OMG!!!

BOOYA!
2

AWWWWWWWWWWWW she went all the way to 1U to hunt down balloons for me cause she knows what a childish bugger I am <333

So after that we naturally kept using the balloons for props to camwhore with lol.

Obviously this pic is just lakonan semula lar.
3

Su-Ann and I.
4

BOOM Yuen and I.
5

Ming Teng and I.
6

Edm and I.
7

Groupie sadly ruined by my shittily out-of-focus camera.
8

Pink, heart-shaped and strawberry-flavored OMG!!
10

All I could ever ask for wtf.
9

Ming Teng bought me that thing which makes a noise which he likens to my nagging ish.
11

Yen: Spot where I photoshopped! lol.
12

We sang from about 7pm til the clock struck 12 wtf and then we remembered that we still had to work the very next day oh no. Super pooped. But the night was really fantastic, thanks guys <333

***

On Saturday night, my main koncho-koncho gathered at Yun’s house for dinner to celebrate Alwyn’s, Kien Fei’s and my birthday – simply lump everyone together since we’re all busy people wth.

We were supposed to head down to Teluk Gong (which is in Port Klang ahem) for dinner. Sadly, the stupid weather was all wet and emo so potong stim. But we still went anyways.

WuuuUuUuuU~
13

Went to the Coconut Flower restaurant as usual. No idea how that stupid name came about, one day we should really ask the people there lar.

Everyone thought I damn thick face go call myself “Assistant Director” ish. That’s really my post wan ohkay!
14

Slurps. Now I can sleep peacefully for another month or two.
15

Groupie, sans Soon Seng the cameraman =(
16

Our cake was damn funky cause we stuck 69 years worth of candles in it: 26 for Alwyn, 25 for Kien Fei and 18 for me. Like some Ah Ma’s cake only.

69 year old grandpa named Alwyn Soo Kien Fei wtf.
17

So bright! lol.
18

Doing the honors together.
19

We found Pokemon Pocky Men’s biscuits in Shun’s bag.
20

Our favorite baggies =)
22

We’ve been using them since Taylor’s rite? That’s like 5 years man!
21

After dinner, which only cost RM20 per person btw, we headed back to Yun’s house.

On the way back, we suddenly got all excited and decided to go clubbing at Euphoria since it was still quite early.

Sad to say 5 minutes later all of us started dozing off. Sigh.

So in the end we made a pact to go clubbing next week, and we ended up merely karaoke-ing in Yun’s house since no need to pay money.

Yen had funky hair that night.
23

24

25

Gay buddies for life.
26

No 1: Stupit. No 2: Why is it I seem to be glowing SKII rocks wtf.
27

We sang from like 12am til 3am and only stopped when people started falling asleep one by one. Actually I was still quite hyper lar but then it’s never any fun singing alone.

Shun sleep also damn stylo milo man.
28

And now I’m going to fai fai bathe and hop into bed cause I simply cannot survive on only 2.5 hours of sleep. Got to get up early for work tomorrow too haiyo.

Sorry lar got no time to blog properly. Sleep comes first, always.

Lastly, here’s a big thank you

THANK YOU!

to everyone who celebrated with me and to everyone who remembered to wish me. To those of you who forgot, may your backside grow 6 mushrooms and 99 butt hairs.

Random camwhore pic from the MIFW.
33

Oh ya btw did anyone realise that my camera pics are only blurry on the left sides? Damn weird rite. Sony cameras suck balls man.

Happiest Day of the Year

So the happiest day of 2008 was when I got my posting letter stating that I was to be posted to the bureau.

Guess what the happiest day of 2009 is?

Lol.

WEEEEEEEEEEEEE got posted back to the bureau. For the next 3 years (probably). Super happy!!!!

Thank you god, thank you Ministry of Health, thank you bosses! <333 muak muak I love all of you. Even though I always complain about work, I swear I will turn over a new leaf and become super rajin!!!

K, now all that's left to do is to go to Putrajaya to collect my posting letter; only then will me future be confirmed. Takut nanti we terdengar salah over the phone and I actually got Sarawak or something boo.

Can't wait to hold that impossibly important document in my hands. Please En Osman, please don't give us the wrong information hor.

*crosses fingers.

MIFW & Kien Fei’s Dad’s 51st Birthday

Both Soon Seng agree about one thing: We should try and do as many different things as possible while we’re still alive and kicking. Like the crab hunting down in Port Dickson – now that was fun!!

And on Saturday both of us managed to cross off yet another something on our list: Attend a fashion show.

Not as obvious as, say, bungee jumping I know, but I am a girl and girls naturally love this sort of thing. Not too sure about how high up it was on Soon Seng’s list tho.

Anyhuu, I was damn excited when I got the invitation from Mr SS to attend one of the shows during the Malaysian International Fashion Week. The designer in question was Celest Thoi, whose husband happens to be (a very good looking) colleague of Mr SS hence the complimentary passes =)

And of course I had absolutely NOTHING to wear, so I headed to SS15 for a quick shopping stint right before the show and ended up ringing up a credit card bill of RM400 T.T ZOMG. But then again I bought 3 dresses, 3 tops, 1 skirt and 2 belts, so I think my RM400 was well spent hmph.

Every guest took a shot with the MIFW wall (It’s not MILF hor!).
1

Hordes of cameramen.
2

The show was in Pavillion KL and thanks to Mr SS’s brilliant sense of timing, we managed to reach the venue and plomp our buttocks on the seats just minutes before the event began.

I felt pretty under-dressed as compared to all the bejeweled Datins around me.
3

The MC was Stephanie Chai, oh gosh I lovelovelove her dress!
4

And with surprising punctuality, the show began right on time, with model after model strutting her stuff down the runway. I guess as with all fashion shows, timing and coordination are key hence the minimal delay.

The team of Celest Thoi, Elaine Kong and Stephanie Ong were debuting their “Pretty in White” bridal wear collection which consisted of a whopping 30 pieces of your typical white bridal dresses as well as more culturally-influenced pieces and a few colorful designs thrown in here and there.

Love the dress, hate the model who totally overdid everything.
5

My favorite model of the bunch.
6

Quirky, colorful piece.
7

Creative use of traditional selendang fabric.
8

Piece after piece came flowing down the runway, and just when we were about feeling exhausted from trying to focus on the details of each and every piece, Stephanie Chai announced the end of the show with the finale piece being modeled by celebrity model Deborah Henry.

OMFG insanely gorgeous!
9

[OK wait. Is it just me or can you like actually see her breasts and nipples under the sheer fabric??? OMG flash lights suck lol. Nipple tape anybody? But seriously, she is HOTTTT.]

She actually looks really really young too. Geez I need some of those genes.
10

Finale walk: Celest Thoi and Deborah Henry.
11

The crowd was really supportive too.
12

Right after the show, Soon Seng and I grabbed a drink before rushing off to Balakong to attend Kien Fei’s dad’s 51st birthday.

Apparently, some people have gotten confused as to whether Balakong is actually famous for balitong and other sorts of seafood. The answer is no. It’s just an inside joke lar.

So anyway, we followed Kien Fei’s rather dubious directions (Use the highway along Mines. Keep going straight until you see a pedestrian bridge and a Petronas station on your right. Keep going straight until you see a house with tents right beside the highway. Make a U-turn. WTF??!!) and ended up at his house without getting lost woohoo Soon Seng we rock!

Despite being an hour late, we found out that the rest were even later -_- why does this not surprise me.

House with tent beside Petronas station and pedestrian bridge, yup yup can’t be the wrong house.
17

They had a very big dead pig!!!
13

Stupid boys found amusement in watching me struggle to put on my shoes.
16

I was damn famished cause I had only eaten a bun the whole day!
21

Kien Fei looking rather tan beside me hehe.
18

As with any noisy neighborhood party, a karaoke set is key in entertaining the guests – although it tends to get increasingly annoying as the guests get increasingly drunk.

Much to my amazement tho, all the uncles there seemed to have astoundingly good singing voices!!! I swear there was this one uncle (his neighbor I think) whose voice was so good I thought it was Beyond themselves singing!

Uncle not drunk yet.
20

Damn professional: They have slips to write down song requests!
19

The ginormous specially ordered cake from Secret Recipe cost RM270 which is actually quite cheap considering its size.
24

The boys. MEN. I should really start referring to them as men.
25

Yen and bf were the last to arrive, about 14 hours late wtf.
26

Kien Fei and family =)
27

Right after cutting the cake, all of us cabut upstairs to Kien Fei’s room to escape the noisy drunken karaoke singing. Jae Shen took to streaming anime cartoons which got the rest of the childish dudes engrossed too.

I don’t know why, but his graduation picture tickled me so.
14

His parents’ old-school wedding photos.
15

Buah tangan: Insanely cute animal-shaped strawberry-flavored jellies!
23

Don’t understand why I always gotta ruin the pic =(
22

Much to my dismay, I started feeling drowsy at about 10.15pm. And as if by clockwork, I was sound asleep by 11.00pm. Damn sad ok. I was still semi-conscious tho and found all that flashing and photo-taking rather annoying. All I know about what transpired after that is based solely on the photos they took.

28

29

30

31

32

33

See see, MAC’s gel liner really doesn’t budge!
34

35

40

36

37

Apparently Jae Shen was the next to fall asleep, so the rest left him and I in dreamland and they went off to some mamak to yumcha. But before they did, they made a pitstop at Kien Fei’s dad’s factory to collect some equipment (that’s what Soon Seng told me lar).

38

39

And then Jae Shen started snoring so loudly I woke up and went to pee. And then I went back to sleep until the rest came home. By then, I had already slept from 11pm-3am ohmygod.

The rest of us went home after that, leaving Jae Shen, Alwyn and Kien Fei to continue playing some lame Wii games.

And that was how I spent my Saturday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIEN FEI’S DAD!! =)
